The US Dollar continues to fall.

The continued depreciation of the American dollar. If the US does fall into a recession late 2007/early 2008. Europe may be left slightly unaffected, the same goes for Japan. It will be interesting to see if the the US Federal Reserve starts cutting rates or continue to leave rates on hold. But in the mix is the real chance that consumer inflation is going to be hard to contain. I believe they will hold rates.

  1. A “Federal Reserve Note” is not a U.S.A. dollar. In 1973, Public Law 93-110 defined the U.S.A. dollar as consisting of 1/42.2222 fine troy ounces of gold.
